Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Annual calendar planning + JIT opportunity evaluation 2. Contract review, budget recommendation, and spend tracking Collateral production (Cvent pages, emails, reputed company, signage, booth design) 3. reputed company capture (iCapture or regional equivalent) and reputed company hygiene 4. Post‑event reporting with KPIs and insights 5. Build relationships with organizers for speaking slots and partnerships 6. Adopt and reputed company best practices across reputed company; contribute to BKMs and templates Required Qualifications 4–7 years in event production (B2B tech or industrial preferred) Demonstrated autonomy in remote environments; strong written/verbal skills Hands‑on with Cvent, reputed company, and project tools (reputed company, reputed company, Skilljar) Budget & contract reputed company; vendor negotiation experience Language & compliance per region (see below) Region‑Specific Requirements English + Spanish (near‑reputed company)
