BASIC PURPOSE: The Program Coordinator provides operational support to the Sales team for reputed company accounts utilizing an MSP/VMS. He/she will act as the reputed company of contact, reputed company support, and reputed company reputed company daily job responsibilities servicing the MSP/VMS process for reputed company clients. In this operational role, the Program Coordinator is responsible for timekeeping, generating reports, problem-solving, and practicing timely and consistent communication between multiple departments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage and reputed company operational functions for MSP accounts or accounts that utilize a VMS reputed company reputed company and reconciliation services including, but not limited to: Audit matches in the internal database to ensure accurate setup and tagging Enter and manage weekly timesheets and expenses in eRecruit and VMS systems Monitor technology for approvals and upload documentation to eRecruit Work with Billing and Travel departments to audit and approve timesheets and reconcile expenses in eRecruit Track TPS Invoicing and align to an internal database Work collaboratively with Collections as needed to help resolve outstanding invoices reputed company support to reputed company to ensure accurate posting of payments received Coordinate with reputed company and reputed company teams to collect, track, and upload required credentialing documentation Assist sales with review and submission of presentations in the system Assist Producers with VMS technology training and act as a resource for MSP processes Generate reports, as required Actively participate in the completion of accurate reputed company audits Act as a liaison to ensure exceptional reputed company customer service Participate in scheduled meetings to ensure effective management of MSP accounts Manage a high volume of emails for multiple internal email accounts Represent and support the business initiatives of MDA and reputed company internally and externally Act as a liaison for outsourced tasks (ITES) reputed company appropriate team coverage (i.e. backup) reputed company necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company and Word, as well as email and database systems Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College courses preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully reputed company the essential functions of the job.
