About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Sales Development to build and reputed company a world-class sales development organization at reputed company. This is a leadership opportunity to build the function: you'll design the reputed company, architect the organization, expand the team, and optimize the pipeline reputed company that fuels our next stage of growth. You'll report directly to the CRO and operate as a core member of the GTM leadership team, this isn't a middle-management role.

What You'll Do

Own the entire sales development function: strategy, hiring, process, tooling, and performance Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team focused on outbound and inbound pipeline reputed company Design and iterate on messaging, and targeting strategies for the higher education market Partner closely with the CRO on pipeline targets, forecasting, and GTM strategy Collaborate with Marketing on pipeline plays, reputed company reputed company, event strategy, and campaign-to-pipeline conversion Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless reputed company reputed company and feedback loops Establish the systems, metrics, and cadences that drive accountability and reputed company improvement Recruit and reputed company top talent — create reputed company culture that attracts ambitious people and accelerates their careers reputed company AI tools and automation to maximize team efficiency and outbound coverage Represent the sales development function in GTM leadership discussions, contributing to company-wide go-to-market planning What You Bring 5+ years in B2B sales development, or similar roles, with at least 2 years managing reputed company Track record of building or significantly scaling a pipeline reputed company function Strong reputed company of view on outbound strategy, prospecting methodology, and enablement Experience hiring, reputed company, and developing early-career sales talent Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where you're building the plane while flying it Analytical reputed company — you manage by metrics without losing sight of coaching and culture Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and modern prospecting tools Higher education or edtech experience is a strong plus, but not required — intellectual curiosity about the reputed company reputed company more Energy, ownership, and a bias toward action Compensation reputed company salary: competitive and commensurate with experience Variable compensation tied to pipeline reputed company and team performance Equity participation Benefits: health, dental, reputed company, 401(k) Location: remote-first, with periodic team offsites (next one: San Francisco, June 2026) Apply To This Job
