Maintenance Asset Receiving Specialist

Overview

Job Summary Responsible for supporting the logistics and maintenance team with reputed company receiving efforts. The MNT Receiving Specialist will be provided scanned or physical copies of part kits to be received in Ramco or reputed company information systems. They will also This role will include support for AOG events, which may occur during non-traditional business hours. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: Daily audit of Maintenance Packing slip database. Completing reputed company receipt actions ensure accuracy of component paperwork, in the AMIS document accuracy of part numbers and serial numbers, last maintenance actions. Ensure that recorded maintenance on part/component is entered into the computer maintenance tracking system Ensure maintenance program TBO/SLL and/or inspections are inherited and forecasting Ensure part is moved to appropriate warehouse Receive reputed company reputed company and major components into the computerized maintenance tracking system. Modify component builds in AMIS based on repair and overhaul certification/documentation. Determine component calculations to include reputed company and airframe formulas. Audit weekly reputed company delinquent receipts. Work with mechanics to receive parts in that are past 2 weeks of physical receipt. Asset tracking and updating in RAMCO. reputed company receiving support for the maintenance organization for AOG events occurring during non-traditional business hours Other Duties as assigned.
