About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive LPN reputed company to support the reputed company, training, and performance management of new and reputed company MAs. Key Responsibilities
Training & reputed company reputed company and train new Medical Assistants, ensuring smooth integration into the Flagler workflow. Manage new hires through their initial 4-week training phase, monitoring readiness for team placement. Schedule additional training sessions reputed company issues or knowledge gaps are identified. Performance reputed company Conduct daily and reputed company quality checks. Monitor key performance indicators including: Number of patient interactions Fallout and retention rates Protocol adherence Accuracy of documentation and patient statuses Schedule buddy shifts and peer support based on performance data and training needs. Issue Management Address issues flagged by team leaders, such as time management or training gaps. Identify and report structural issues or repeated errors to leadership (Leon/Dasha). reputed company constructive feedback and assign action items to MAs based on performance reviews. MA Engagement & Development Conduct monthly reputed company-ins with reputed company MAs, including former team leads. Document feedback, complete performance review templates, and set monthly goals and assignments. Team Collaboration reputed company the “housekeeping” reputed company of weekly MA team syncs, sharing examples, screenshots, and reminders. Assist in assigning patients to MAs after upload to the platform. Support schedule management, including coverage coordination and team adjustments.
Qualifications
