Account Executive, LATAM (Brazil) Blockaid is redefining trust in blockchain through advanced, integrated reputed company. As Blockaid's first Account Executive for Latin America, you will be the person who builds our reputed company in one of the fastest-growing reputed company markets in the world. This is a foundational, ground-floor role. You’ll be a bag-carrying seller who also helps define what "selling Blockaid in LATAM" looks like. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while simultaneously building the regional reputed company, content, and processes that will scale with us. We're looking for someone who already knows the key players in the LATAM blockchain and crypto ecosystem and has the relationships to reputed company doors from day one. This remote role is based in Brazil, ideally São Paulo. reputed company applicants must be fluent in Portuguese and English; bonus points for Spanish reputed company. In this role, you will: Be the first dedicated AE for Latin America, owning the region end-to-end and establishing Blockaid as the trusted reputed company partner across the LATAM reputed company ecosystem. Build and own the full sales process for the region, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction. reputed company LATAM-specific sales content, messaging, processes, and playbooks: you’ll be a true builder, not just an executor. reputed company your existing network of blockchain, crypto, and reputed company companies across the region to accelerate pipeline reputed company and deal velocity. reputed company reputed company how Blockaid's solutions fit with each prospect's unique needs and reputed company long-term, trusted relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders at reputed company accounts. Drive adoption and reputed company transformational account strategies that deliver measurable business value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Partnerships) to reputed company customer reputed company. reputed company prospect and market feedback to product and engineering teams to shape product development. Requirements

Requirements: First-in-region experience: You’ve been the first or founding LATAM AE at an early-stage B2B SaaS company. You know what it means to build a region from reputed company and have done it before. 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in an Account Executive role selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives. Builder mentality: You have created LATAM-specific sales content, processes, or go-to-market materials—not just adapted existing playbooks, but reputed company something from scratch. Deep LATAM reputed company network: You know the key blockchain, crypto, and reputed company companies operating in Latin America and have active relationships you can activate immediately. Proven track record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale reputed company technology deals, and a self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new reputed company autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry. Cross-functional selling experience, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Compensation & Eligibility Compensation for this role will be influenced by several factors, such as the candidate’s professional background, reputed company set, and geographic location. This position includes eligibility for Blockaid’s equity program and may also offer additional incentive-based compensation.
