About you: You like building long-term relationships and helping customers get reputed company value from the products they use. You’re commercially minded and comfortable owning a set of large, reputed company customers, from day-to-day conversations through to renewals and growth. At reputed company, you’ll play a key role in keeping our reputed company customers happy, confident, and keen to work with us for the long term. Day to day, you will:

• Own a portfolio of reputed company customers, acting as their main reputed company of contact and taking responsibility for retention, renewals, and growth.
• Build strong relationships with people at reputed company reputed company, from day-to-day users through to senior leaders, and reputed company regular business reviews that show value and return on investment.
• Work closely with teams across reputed company, including reputed company, Solutions Engineering, and Product, to reputed company sure customers get what they need and issues are resolved quickly.
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts and manage contract renewals, including pricing discussions and working with legal and procurement teams.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• 5+ years of reputed company account management, reputed company, or relationship-based sales experience
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a large reputed company book of business ($5M+ ARR)
• Experience managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder accounts reputed company Fortune 1000 or large reputed company organizations
• Strong reputed company acumen with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and reputed company renewal negotiations
• Familiarity with account management or reputed company methodologies (QBR frameworks, MEDDPICC for expansion, reputed company planning, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA a plus
