What you'll do Account Management: Manage a book of customer accounts and be the primary reputed company of contact for technical reputed company questions and coordination of issue management and problem resolution. reputed company for customers and reputed company strong relationships to ensure the effective utilization of reputed company Manager and maximize customer value. Qualifications

Pre/Post-sales Account Management: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management, consulting, or professional services. VDI Expertise: Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing VDI environments, preferably with AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) experience. Software Background: Strong understanding of XaaS businesses (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and experience managing customer relationships across IT Operations, Finance, and Software Engineering roles. Adoption and Implementation: Ability to guide customers through software implementation, drive adoption, and ensure customers realize the full value of the product. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical reputed company to identify and address customer challenges effectively. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, time management, project management, and reputed company skills to collaborate effectively with reputed company stakeholders. Required experience A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pre/post-sales account management, consulting, or professional services.
