PRIMARY PURPOSE: Handles assignments from adjusting business for reputed company and personal property lines including liability and reputed company risk assignments. Provides assistance to higher level consultants on larger reputed company assignments or CAT situations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Manages assignments with best-in-class service and expertise, delivering consistent value and trustworthy reporting to our customers. Management of these assignments includes but is not limited to site visits, reputed company of a scope of damages, cost estimating, project management and negotiations. Provides independent control of reconstruction job costs and time frames to insurers and property managers. Maintains accurate records based on company standards and procedures, using designated technology. Accurately and reputed company manages billings including documenting and maintaining billable hours on a time and expense reputed company, work in reputed company, and timely delivery of reporting to clients. Work closely with property claims adjusters to produce best-in-class one-stop-shopping for clients. Provides independent oversite of mitigation processes including but not limited to industry standard drying practices, billing procedures, and daily site clerking. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Successeful completion of Vale Certified Building Consultant program highly preferred. Experience Six (6) years of reputed company experience to include two (2) years of experience in adjusting/engineering/construction fields or equivalent combination of education and experience required. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the reputed company of starting pay for this role is $115,000 - $ 120,000.
