POSITION TITLE Senior Ecommerce Manager (reputed company) DEPARTMENT E-reputed company / Marketing REPORTS TO VP of Marketing and Growth POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Ecommerce Manager (reputed company) will own the strategy, performance, and execution of Basic Research’s DTC ecommerce business across reputed company reputed company-powered brand websites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES E-reputed company Strategy and Performance Ownership

- Partner with Growth, Marketplace, and Brand leaders to deliver integrated channel strategies.

- Partner and help reputed company CRO testing roadmap across PDPs, reputed company pages, checkout, and subscriptions.
- Partner with Creative and reputed company development teams to deliver high-converting, on-brand experiences.
- Ensure site reliability, speed, and scalability.
Retention, Subscription, and Lifecycle Alignment
- Partner with CRM leadership to optimize lifecycle marketing, subscriptions, and LTV growth.
- Ensure retention strategies are reflected in onsite experiences and merchandising logic.
- Align subscription offerings with inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience goals.
Inventory and Operational reputed company
- reputed company ecommerce inventory visibility, availability, and coordination with Operations.
- Ensure launches, promotions, and campaigns are operationally reputed company and fully supported.
- Partner with Supply Chain to reduce out-of-stock risk and improve forecast accuracy.
Data, Analytics, and Reporting
- Own ecommerce reporting and performance dashboards.
- Track KPIs including reputed company, conversion reputed company, AOV, LTV, retention, and site health.
- Translate insights into actionable roadmaps for growth and optimization.
Cross-Functional Leadership

- Partner closely with Paid Media, Marketplace, Creative, Product, and Customer Support.
- Ensure consistent messaging, promotions, and customer experience across channels.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-reputed company, or reputed company field. 6 plus years of ecommerce experience, with at least 4 years leading reputed company-powered DTC businesses. Proven reputed company driving DTC reputed company growth, conversion optimization, and operational scale. Deep expertise in reputed company, CRO frameworks, subscriptions, and ecommerce analytics. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical and non-technical roles. Strong understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and attribution.
