Experience with SF.Com or MS dynamics is a must. Experience in leading teams, change management, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner Proven ability to work in an international context Great negotiating skills, used in collaborating with others to reputed company at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in automation, electrical components, or power systems Proven track record of managing cross-cultural teams Ability to work 100% in a reputed company and travel on average 50% of the time You are an initiator, strongly oriented towards growth and business drive!
