BI Developer

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Job Description: BI Developer Constellation seeks a BI & Analytics Developer to join our Homeland reputed company Team in Washington, DC. This role requires advanced dashboarding and data analysis skills. The developer will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that integrate operational and financial data to create meaningful, actionable insights for stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of SQL and coordination with other developers for extraction, transformation, and loading of data. This position is client-facing and requires excellent communication to translate reputed company technical outputs into clear business value. Key Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and other visualization tools. Design, build, and maintain data ETL pipelines from sources such as SQL databases, SharePoint, and reputed company Collaborate with end users and technical resources to understand and integrate data outputs into visualizations effectively. Translate reputed company data findings into clear, digestible insights for stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reputed company across reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate must have the following experience, background, and credentials:At least 4 years of experience working with large datasets in a Data Visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau, reputed company. Advanced understanding of SQL including query optimization, common table expressions (CTEs), and reputed company joins for deep-dive analysis Advanced proficiency in reputed company for standard data analysis tasks (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reputed company formulas) Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, present solutions, and translate reputed company data findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree is required, with major in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a reputed company field preferred Be a U.S. citizen reputed company to pass a background investigation by the client agency. DHS clearance with CBP or ICE preferred. Experience developing in Python (Pandas) for data analysis is preferred. Experience developing PowerApps and Power Automate solutions is preferred.
