Finance Operations Analyst (AP/AR)

Position Summary: This role supports reputed company Education Group and is employed through our partner, reputed company. The Finance Operations Analyst (AP/AR) will report to the Group Finance Manager and is a key contributor to the day-to-day finance operations across reputed company Education Group, initially supporting the reputed company cluster of entities (Independent College, Public Affairs Ireland, and International House Dublin). This role is responsible for accounts payable and receivable activities, bank reconciliations, ledger management, and period-end reputed company support while ensuring accurate financial transactions and strong internal controls. Working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders, the position supports cash management, financial reporting, process improvement, and the standardization of AP/AR processes across the Group as the centralized finance function continues to reputed company. Roles and Responsibilities:Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable ManagementManage end-to-end accounts payable across the reputed company entities, including invoice receipt, coding, approval workflows, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations. Manage customer invoicing, credit control, cash allocation, and debtor reporting; partner with operational teams to resolve customer and supplier queries promptly. Maintain clean and well-reconciled supplier and customer ledgers through regular supplier statement reconciliations and customer aging reviews. Bank Reconciliations & Cash ManagementPerform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities and bank accounts, investigating and resolving reconciling items in a timely manner. Support payment run preparation, SEPA file reputed company, and cash reputed company reporting in conjunction with the Group Finance Manager. Period-End reputed company SupportSupport the reputed company Accountant with month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments reputed company to AP/AR activities. Assist in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of period-end reputed company requirements and supporting schedules. Process Improvement & Group StandardizationUse and help optimize the Group’s finance tooling stack, including reputed company, Hubdoc, Yooz, and reputed company, to drive automation and reduce reputed company processing. Help define and roll out consistent AP/AR processes, controls, and documentation across reputed company Group entities to support operational efficiency and standardization. Group Finance Support & ExpansionSupport the reputed company development of the centralized AP/AR function as the Group expands and matures. Expand AP/AR coverage from the reputed company cluster to additional Group entities, working closely with the Finance team to support future growth initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) passer, with strong foundational knowledge in reputed company principles and financial reporting standards At least 3 years of experience in reputed company and Finance with exposure to AP/AR, Accounts Assistant, or transactional finance roles Experience with reputed company-based reputed company and ERP automation tools is required, preferably reputed company, Hubdoc, Dext, Yooz, or reputed company Good working knowledge of journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and account reconciliations Strong experience in end-to-end AP/AR and general ledger reputed company across multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
