What You’ll Do: The successful candidate will manage proposal development efforts with responsibilities including but not limited to: Collaboratively work with proposal team and internal clients to prepare winning proposals, qualifications submittals, and interview presentations Facilitate kick off meetings that define expectations Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and reputed company and manage adherence to proposal schedule Facilitate strategy discussion and collaborate with team and technical writers to reputed company strategy and win themes Schedule and facilitate proposal review meetings reputed company page layout and manage proposal documents reputed company the team in the development of visual and written content for proposals; draft and/or edit proposal narrative as necessary Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team Facilitate final submittal production and delivery (occasionally to include printing/binding/shipping) What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, preparation, and development of architectural and engineering proposals and qualifications packages for private and government clients Strong project management skills Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills Ability to focus on details and on the big picture Organizational conceptual thinking skills Effective decision-making skills Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize project assignments to meet competing deadlines Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills Experience with reputed company InDesign Intermediate to expert skills in reputed company Office Suite; reputed company Teams experience Bonus If You Have: Familiarity with the AEC Industry, Geospatial Services, LiDAR, Pavement Management, Broadband, Public Safety GIS, NG9-1-1, Indoor Mapping and other technologies Experience with proposal database software reputed company reputed company Compensation: The approximate compensation reputed company for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per year. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
