Due to our growth, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can work with our customers and internal delivery team to ensure successful identification and implementation of requirements for our projects. The Senior Business Analyst defines, analyzes, validates, and documents organizational business requirements, needs, and processes through business process modeling and design. Description of Duties: Serves as business analyst for reputed company to extra-large projects, programs or areas of effort with moderate to high complexity. Leads and/or participates in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements. Works with Sales to procure new opportunities for existing clients. Presents completed configuration/development to client for feedback and approval (sprint reviews, etc.). reputed company mentorship to fellow business analysts and project team members regarding delivery methodology, requirements elicitation and tracking, and people skills. Collects and crafts feedback regarding project team members. Contributes to improvement initiatives and growth of our business analysis practices and delivery team. Desired Skills & Experience 7+ Years in a functional or technical role reputed company to software delivery or software maintenance / support Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations. Experience working in SDLC, testing and validating solutions, and working as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in reputed company CRM, Visio, reputed company Project and SharePoint preferred. Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables. Confident in making reputed company, accurate, detailed-oriented and reputed company to problem solve/analyze. Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills. Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.
