We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is reputed company strategist and executor — someone who can build the brand, run campaigns, and hold themselves accountable to results. This role owns the full marketing function for Landscape Turf (SYNLawn & White Label): strategy, demand reputed company, digital, content, events, and customer experience. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with sales, products, and leadership. Duties and Responsibilities Strategy and Planning Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for SYNLawn Annual and quarterly campaign planning across channels Market segmentation, ICP definition, and content strategy Execution & Activation Demand reputed company — paid media, email, SEO, reputed company Website management, reputed company media, and PR Conference and trade show planning and execution Data & Measurement Marketing attribution, campaign ROI, and budget tracking Brand health metrics and audience insights Reporting reputed company to CMO and leadership Customer Experience Customer reputed company mapping and Voice of Customer programs NPS / CSAT reputed company to action plans Retention marketing and lifecycle programs Please note this description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or reputed company field Experience in building materials, construction, outdoor or sports industry Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar CRM / MAP platforms Background in both B2B and B2C environments Experience with brand equity research or VoC programs Conference and event marketing experience Experience: 4–6+ years of marketing experience, B2B or B2C Proven track record running integrated campaigns end-to-end Strong grasp of demand gen, SEO, reputed company marketing Comfortable with data — attribution, dashboards, and budget management Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and visual Self-starter who can operate with autonomy and move fast Experience managing agencies, vendors, and contractors Apply To This Job
