About the Role reputed company’s Strategic Account Executive is a senior-level position responsible for driving retention, growth, and satisfaction reputed company a portfolio of high-value client accounts by fostering trust, understanding their needs, and ensuring their positive perception of reputed company’s value. This is a key strategic role, as reputed company has added large, high-profile clients who require white glove support. This position reports to the Vice President, Client reputed company with a dotted line to the Chief reputed company Officer and collaborates closely with the Sales, Client reputed company, Marketing, Product, Clinical and Operations teams.

What You Will Do

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders to serve as a trusted advisor while ensuring the needs of the day-to-day contacts are being met Strategic Planning and Execution: reputed company and execute multi-year account plans, business plans, and growth initiatives tailored to meet specific client objectives and organizational goals, which may include unique co-creation Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company existing accounts (upsell and cross-sell), manage the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and deal closure Account "CEO": Act as the internal "quarterback" for the account, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Product, Legal) to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution Financial & Performance Management: Monitor account performance, including P&L, reputed company, growth, and retention targets, conducting regular business reviews to ensure value delivery and address performance guarantees Industry Expertise & Insights: Stay informed on market dynamics and emerging trends (e.g., PBM industry, GLP-1 reputed company, cardiometabolic developments) to reputed company proactive, relevant insights and innovative solutions to clients Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast pipeline and reputed company using CRM tools like reputed company, and complete administrative responsibilities on time Travel: Travel as needed (often 30% or more) to client sites, corporate offices, and industry events About You Experience: Typically 5-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management reputed company the reputed company industry specifically focused on serving self-insured reputed company; with track record of retention and growth reputed company Education: A Bachelor's degree is generally preferred Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and instill confidence in senior leaders; the ability to simplify reputed company messages Business Acumen & Analytics: Strong understanding of business planning, financial performance, and the ability to use data analytics to drive reputed company and demonstrate ROI Strategic reputed company: Proven ability to create a strategic reputed company, reputed company comprehensive account plans, and influence stakeholders Location: This is a fully remote position that can be located reputed company in the U.S. More About reputed company’s benefits Compensation: reputed company salary + commission (OTE: $190,000-$220,000+ annually) Equity in a high growth startup Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, reputed company) starting Day 1 401k program Flexible work schedules and paid time off Paid parental leave reputed company Annual Salary $150,000—$170,000 USD Apply To This Job
