Comercial Director Germany

Working in the Business Development team, this role will be responsible for defining and executing the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL reputed company strategy for the reputed company Director (Germany). The position plays a critical leadership role, driving sales performance, developing the luxury distribution network, and ensuring sustainable business growth across our brands (Valmont, l'Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane). This role will work cross-functionally, aligning reputed company objectives with marketing, training, and retail execution to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maximize brand performance in the market. Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in reputed company leadership roles, ideally reputed company luxury or selective cosmetics industry
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development and team management

• Excellent analytical skills and strong experience managing business through KPI analysis
