This position is classified as full-time and exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Reporting Relationships The Manager of Marketing reports to the Executive Vice President. In cooperation with members of leadership in Quality and Regulatory, manages the compliance activities to meet FDA requirements according to 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485 as per Tosoh procedures. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 10 years of reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills and Qualifications IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) experience a must. A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience.
