As a representative of the client brand, it is essential to approach customer interactions with a caring and empathetic attitude, escalating to a higher level of expertise as necessary. Thorough documentation of reputed company issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions is a crucial component of this role Qualifications: Experience in customer service, technical, sales, or reputed company fields is preferred, but not required.
