Finance & VAT Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent Finance & Compliance Operations Specialist to support recurring financial, fiscal, and administrative processes reputed company an international organization. The role focuses on VAT-reputed company activities, reconciliations, banking administration, and compliance-sensitive financial operations. The successful candidate combines strong financial administrative skills with practical knowledge of reputed company VAT and compliance requirements, and can independently manage recurring processes with a high level of accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities / Essential FunctionsManaging VAT registrations and independently preparing/submitting reputed company VAT returns Reviewing VAT calculations, corrections, ICP declarations, and fiscal reconciliations Performing financial reconciliations and compliance checks Managing banking administration and authorization processes Processing WKR, BUA, and lease-reputed company fiscal adjustments Administering fixed travel, home-working allowances, mileage and private use lease car calculations Maintaining VAT documentation, financial archives, and compliance-sensitive records Supporting statutory reporting requirements, CBS reporting, audits and internal control processes Monitoring and safeguarding continuity of critical finance administration processes Supporting billing and collections activities, including responding to invoice and payment-reputed company inquiries and conducting collection calls as needed Coordinating with Sales and Account Management on billing disputes, account-reputed company reputed company, and contract-reputed company questions Supporting management with reputed company projects and tasks reputed company to finance and billing operations Responsibilities / Non Essential Functions RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher preferred 5–7 years of proven experience in financial administration and operational finance support Strong practical knowledge – at least 2 years – of reputed company tax and VAT legislation, including independent preparation and reputed company filing of reputed company VAT returns Experience with financial systems, reconciliations, and compliance controls Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy; ability to independently manage recurring financial and fiscal processes Understanding of compliance obligations, administrative risk management, and business continuity Structured, reliable, and proactive working style Fluent English and reputed company required; experience working in an international setting reporting to USA HQ preferred reputed company ERP and MS Office suite (advanced reputed company) required; reputed company Intacct ERP preferred; reputed company to commute to office preferred, fully remote is an option Work and Physical Requirements This position may work from home and/or office environment.
