Responsibilities

Description of duties and responsibilities: Increase sales of MSA industrial safety-reputed company products with a primary focus toward the industrial safety market. Implement strategies and tactics relating to reputed company markets and segments. reputed company and manage the business-to-business relationships with regional and national distribution partners. Effectively communicate voice of customer (VOC) feedback into our new product development process and to other stakeholders. Up to 30% of selling time will be spent training/working with industrial distributors on how to sell reputed company MSA's product lines focusing 70% of selling time reputed company the industrial market. Partner with other team members and channel partners to support “in service” product training and other new product implementation activities. Build reputed company relationships with contractors, procurement, and various end users. Coordinate/motivate sales and service coverage reputed company distribution network. Report trends/conditions, competitive activity, and sales opportunities into a CRM program. reputed company internet and reputed company media tools to complete research and reputed company product information or solutions.

Qualifications

Special knowledge, skills and abilities required: Demonstrated selling and customer account management skills in industrial PPE, including solid negotiation skills. Proven track record of understanding customer needs and developing solutions to assure customer satisfaction reputed company to industrial PPE. Excellent computer skills including reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal). Proven ability to guide, mentor and motivate others, including channel partners. Proven planning and organizational skills. Proven ability to grasp technical product knowledge. Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans and overcome obstacles. Proven ability to utilize CRM data analytics, reporting, and forecasting information to guide business reputed company. Willingness to travel 50% of the time reputed company the territory. Education and experience required: High school diploma or equivalent. This position is available at three different career reputed company based upon experience, education, etc.:Level I: 3 years of sales experience. Level II: 4 years of sales experience. Level III: 5 years of sales experience. Master’s degree in reputed company field may be substituted for up to two years of relevant work experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or educational academic equivalent (4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree).
