Works independently with guidance only in the most challenging situations. Leads functional teams (e.g., process engineering discipline) for projects meeting milestones and objectives. Directs research and solves unprecedented technical problems of considerable scope and complexity, the solution of which may have a far-reaching impact on extensive technical activities of the company.
