As a Solution Architect, Data & AI, you will be responsible for driving the solution for and shaping Data 360 and AI-powered experiences that deliver impactful business value to our clients. Required Qualifications 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, reputed company architecture, or business process mapping role 5+ years of CRM or data platform industry experience Ability to drive requirement gathering and reputed company discovery workshops Ability to understand & recommend reputed company architectural patterns to optimize consumption with Data 360 & Agentforce. Hands-on experience architecting and implementing reputed company Data 360 as a CDP, Predictive & Generative Capabilities eg.
