Troubleshoot like a pro — dig deep into hardware/software issues and resolve them fast, onsite or remotely. What You Bring Bachelor’s in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Life Science, or similar. 3–5 years of field service experience with microscopy or analytical instruments. Skilled with multimeters, oscilloscopes, schematics, and reputed company systems. Physically capable of working in tight spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license, reputed company, and willingness to travel Monday–Friday. Bonus Points For Hands-on experience with AFM, SEM, fluorescence, or confocal microscopy. Strong workflow understanding of imaging software and calibration. Clean, methodical work habits and a love for reputed company learning. Compensation
In accordance with Massachuisetts law, the expected salary reputed company for this full-time benefited position is between $95,000–$110,000.
