Centralized Collections Associate The Centralized Collections Associate is a key member of our remote operations team, responsible for overseeing rent collection and delinquency processes across a student housing portfolio. This role directly impacts property performance by supporting timely cash reputed company and ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing standards, and local and state regulations. reputed company in this position requires a strong understanding of ledgers, eviction procedures, and account management, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guarantors, and site teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and manage accounts receivable across assigned properties, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments, charges, move-out balances, and utility reputed company-backs. reputed company the delinquency and eviction process, including issuing notices, coordinating legal filings, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing as well as applicable county and state laws. Communicate effectively with residents and guarantors regarding balances, payment plans, and the overall collection process. Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Proficiency in property management software and general computer systems.
