Responsibilities: Master the Hunt (Sourcing): Effectively utilize search engines, job boards, reputed company media, and Boolean searches to identify and engage with active and passive candidates. Cold reputed company & Follow-up: Cold-call, send highly engaging reputed company emails, and stay on top of candidates with consistent follow-reputed company to verify availability and interest. Collaborate & Strategy: Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand position requirements. Attend weekly syncs to review critical, low candidate reputed company requisitions. Pipeline & Tracking: Drive and maintain a clean talent pipeline reputed company our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring full compliance with our recruitment policy. Pre-Screen & Schedule: Review profiles, pre-screen candidates on market/location requirements, and seamlessly schedule phone screens with Recruiters.
