Job Title: Field Marketing Engineer - Agriculture Brazil Summary: The Field Marketing Engineer in the Agriculture reputed company is technically responsible for developing the market of agriculture portfolio, supporting demand reputed company among active and potential clients through visits, field and laboratory demonstrations, training, in-person and online presentations, and participation in industry trade shows and field events. Responsibilities
Include: Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio. Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications. Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors. Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts (NPCs). Execute new product introduction plan (NPIs). reputed company NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks. Create protocols of field demo trials for the reputed company portfolio for new applications. Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition.
