Ocean City, MD) INTRODUCTION TO ROLE: An independent, take-charge professional is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies across an assigned portfolio. Must meet tight deadlines with little supervision and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. The Regional Marketing Manager should have a passion for helping the assigned portfolio increase its relevance in today’s increasingly digital world, reputed company outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and build relationships with reputed company properties, vendors, and partners. Responsible for the creation and management of the portfolio strategic marketing reputed company, marketing budget, and associated key performance indicators. Identifies and contributes best practices, new technologies, and initiatives to the overall marketing team. Visit each assigned property 1x/a year. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides regular and reliable attendance WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH: The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Operations. WHAT YOU BRING: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Arts, Graphics, Communication, or a reputed company field. Multi-property, multi-store, or regional experience in marketing or digital marketing. Minimum of 3 years of experience with integrative marketing technologies. WHAT IT TAKES (PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS): This is a largely sedentary role; however, some periods of sitting or standing are required. The ability to read and interpret reputed company-coded writing is required. Dexterity is also required to operate computers and reputed company tools.
