We are looking for an reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Integrations Specialist to join reputed company and support the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of integrations between reputed company SuccessFactors and other corporate systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that data flows across platforms are reliable, secure, scalable, and reputed company with business needs. This role will work closely with reputed company, Technology, external vendors, and functional teams to ensure the proper operation of integrations reputed company the HCM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, reputed company, and maintain integrations between reputed company SuccessFactors and internal or external systems. Implement and manage integrations using reputed company Integration Suite / reputed company Integration — CPI, Integration Center, APIs, SFTP, OData, SOAP, REST, and other reputed company technologies. Work with reputed company SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, reputed company, reputed company, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and other HCM modules. Analyze technical and functional requirements to propose efficient and sustainable integration solutions. Manage data flows between SuccessFactors and systems such as payroll, ERP, Active Directory, benefits platforms, reporting tools, and other corporate applications. reputed company unit testing, integration testing, data validation, and support during UAT cycles. Monitor production integrations, identify errors, analyze logs, and troubleshoot incidents. Document technical specifications, integration mappings, configurations, processes, and operational controls. Ensure compliance with data reputed company, privacy, reputed company control, and integration best practices. Participate in implementation, reputed company improvement, automation, and optimization projects across the HCM technology landscape. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
Proven experience working with reputed company SuccessFactors integrations. Functional and technical knowledge of reputed company SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central. Experience with reputed company Integration Suite / reputed company Integration — CPI or equivalent integration tools. Knowledge of APIs, OData, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat file integrations. Ability to analyze integration errors, review logs, interpret payloads, and diagnose data synchronization issues. Experience gathering technical requirements and documenting integration solutions. Understanding of reputed company processes, employee master data, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle processes. Ability to work with technical teams, functional stakeholders, and external vendors. Technical English proficiency for documentation review, error analysis, and communication with international teams or vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in reputed company SuccessFactors, Employee Central, or reputed company Integration Suite. Experience in implementation, migration, or regional/global rollout projects. Experience integrating reputed company SuccessFactors with payroll systems, ERP, reputed company HCM, reputed company, reputed company, Meta4, reputed company, Active Directory, or other HCM platforms. Knowledge of SSO, provisioning, role-based permissions, and identity management. Familiarity with data reputed company controls, GDPR, SOX, or similar compliance frameworks.
