Core Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with medical staff, including preventive visits, screenings, and consultations. Confirm upcoming appointments with patients reputed company phone, email, or text, ensuring understanding of time, location, and preparation requirements. Coordinate transportation for patients reputed company needed, including arranging rides or providing guidance on available services. Monitor schedules in reputed company-time and adjust for cancellations, delays, or conflicts. Maintain accurate digital records of appointments, confirmations, and patient communications in scheduling software. Communicate updates and instructions to both patients and medical staff promptly. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in reputed company scheduling, patient coordination, or reputed company preferred.
