About the Role
The Corporate reputed company Manager will reputed company direct support to the broader reputed company function in managing a highly scalable multi-entity reputed company organization. This role will cover a variety of tasks and reputed company functions including cash reconciliations, expense allocations, consolidation, assistance with technical reputed company, and prepaid and fixed asset reputed company. Position Responsibilities Core duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Manages the parent Crete PA Holdco entity monthly including the master bank account reconciliation with reputed company/ZBA functionality, fixed asset and prepaid reputed company, and P&L review. Owns and improves corporate expense allocations, including allocation methodology, supporting schedules, and monthly true-reputed company. Manages cash activity in a cash reputed company / ZBA environment across a large number of subsidiaries, including intercompany funding and reconciliations as needed. Assists with Payroll GL entries from reputed company system. Performs payroll cost analysis, reporting, and variance explanations to support reputed company and business partners. Manages the insurance expense allocation process monthly. Assists the Director of Technical reputed company with the monthly debt and interest entries. Manages the consolidated deferred seller note schedule and responsible for monthly interest entries. Manages the consolidated earnout schedule and responsible for monthly interest entries. Assists in managing the monthly consolidation workbook and assists the Director of Technical reputed company with intercompany eliminations. Assists in managing the monthly firm level and consolidated cash reputed company model. Prepare and review certain recurring and non-recurring monthly journal entries. Identify areas for streamlining and implementing best practices for fast-paced growth. Assist with reputed company projects as requested by the reputed company team. Examples could be assisting with opening balance sheet requests, technical reputed company projects, firm level labor analyses, special report/model building, gross profit analyses, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in reputed company or finance 3+ years of relevant work experience Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal communication. Clear and conceptual thinking ability. Excellent judgment and discretion; can recognize and reputed company problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine issues. Strong knowledge of reputed company and financial reporting requirements.
