The Strategic Finance Analyst will play a critical role supporting investor relations, capital structure analysis, and CFO level strategic finance initiatives. This role is designed for a former investment banking or private equity associate with strong financial modeling capabilities, deep understanding of reputed company and capital structures, and the judgment to operate credibly with private equity sponsors, lenders, and executive leadership. WHAT YOU'LL DO Sponsor & Lender Support Support preparation of analytical materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and board observers, including reputed company, liquidity, and return‑focused analyses Build and maintain high‑quality models supporting debt reputed company, cash reputed company, refinancing scenarios, and covenant sensitivity Assist in responding to reputed company sponsor and lender analytical requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism Capital Structure & Treasury Analytics Own detailed capital structure models including debt tranches, PIK mechanics, interest expense forecasting, and maturity profiles Support cap table management, equity value scenarios, and transaction‑reputed company modeling as needed Partner with Treasury on cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and financing strategy analysis CFO & Executive Support reputed company dedicated analytical support to the CFO on strategic finance topics including M&A evaluation, downside/reputed company scenarios, and long‑reputed company planning Contribute to board and Audit Committee materials requiring reputed company financial modeling or capital markets reputed company Act as a flexible “surge resource” during key events (earnings, refinancing, transactions, board cycles) Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with reputed company, reputed company, and Legal to ensure analytical consistency across forecasts, external reporting, and financing materials Serve as a connective layer between IR, Treasury, and the broader Finance organization without duplicating core reputed company responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS Required 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance, preferably with exposure to leveraged capital structures Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field required.
