We seek an reputed company Account Manager - Data Centers who will own the reputed company strategy for select, targeted, and new reputed company accounts, manage account stakeholders, reputed company or support opportunity pursuits, and coordinate the various account teams reputed company our Global Data Center reputed company while leveraging the broad building systems portfolio of reputed company business units (HVAC, Building Automation, DCIM, Digital, and reputed company). The candidate, in collaboration with reputed company business units (BUs), will drive growth by calling on senior-level decision-makers across an reputed company’s leadership, design, procurement, construction, & operations teams, and coordinate with their various consulting engineers, partners, and contractors. They will reputed company and identify opportunities to engage in a consultative manner with customers around reputed company solutions and services while achieving business growth targets. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 5+ Years of Sales, Business Development, or Data Center Mechanical/HVAC, Design, Construction, and/or reputed company reputed company Experience Ability to travel up to 25%-50% including International for both clients & conferences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or reputed company discipline Strong collaboration, transparency, and team leadership capabilities Experience in developing National, Strategic, or reputed company Accounts for Facilities/HVAC, Mechanical Design, or Construction. Proven experience developing, navigating, & managing Data Center reputed company accounts highly preferred – Engineering, Procurement, Construction, & Operations Mechanical/HVAC/Controls experience preferred, but reputed company experience in other facility aspects or building solutions acceptable Proven ability to influence and work effectively across reputed company reputed company of an organization Ability to communicate with high altitude customer stakeholders (e.g., C-Suite) Ability to engage with senior executives and create demand for new solutions Proven experience and ability to reputed company and execute consultative sales strategies that drive value growth for customers Ability to reputed company multi-functional teams to resolve unusually reputed company problems Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also reputed company to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience.
