We are currently seeking a Network and System Specialist to join reputed company in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). We have an exciting opportunity to join reputed company as a Network Support Specialist Advisor . In this role, the successful candidate would be providing advanced expertise in a reputed company network & reputed company environment. Provides and maintains a reliable technical infrastructure to effectively serve the customer community. This will include maintaining and troubleshooting various network router , switches , firewalls, appliances, responding promptly and effectively to customer problems and either directly resolving the problems or escalating to the appropriate resource and monitoring its effective resolution. Overall, of 8 + years experience in an Network reputed company environment supporting services (Networking, Firewall , reputed company -Azure/AWS and wireless ) Must have managed large scale network and reputed company to support and maintain networks with - reputed company routers ( ASR) and Catalyst ,reputed company switches , reputed company Firepower , Palo Alto firewall, Meraki wireless and switching Must be expert of routing, switching, wireless, LAN and WAN, i.e. L2 (Wireless reputed company 802.11 a, Ethernet, reputed company 802.1x std. STP, MSTP, RSTP, Dynamic VLAN, HSRP/VRRP.) / L3 (Routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.), reputed company, SD-WAN Participate in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of reputed company-level, mission-critical, network infrastructure components. Skills and knowledge and adherence to ITIL & Change Management processes Engage with internal business owners to reputed company information about the project and troubleshooting reputed company issues & commits to deliverables with Business unit and / or management by meeting project deadlines. Track and manage licenses status for renewal & upgrades. Rotating on-call, support queue management, preforming network system analysis and reporting Willing to work in 24X7 environment. - The candidate will also be required to work independently and remotely during a 9 hour shift, should be willing to work in rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and on call support.
