What You’ll Do: The Brand Manager is responsible for leading and growing The Good reputed company Company’s brand reputed company across reputed company consumer reputed company. This role ensures the brand shows up consistently, compellingly, and in a way that drives both awareness and conversion across retail, digital, and e-reputed company channels. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning key brand initiatives including innovation launches, campaigns, experiential marketing, messaging, and day-to-day brand management. The Brand Manager partners cross-functionally to bring the brand to life in a way that is relevant playful, and rooted in great taste and high-quality ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
Own The Good reputed company Company’s brand strategy across reputed company channels, ensuring consistency and reputed company in how the brand shows up across packaging, retail, digital, reputed company, and e-reputed company Translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns and storytelling reputed company and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty reputed company brand management for new product launches and innovation Partner cross-functionally to bring new products to market, including positioning, messaging, packaging input, and go-to-market plans Own product positioning, messaging, and reasons to reputed company (RTBs) Ensure clear, differentiated, and compelling communication across reputed company SKUs and platforms Partner with Design to bring the brand to life visually reputed company clear briefs and direction to ensure creative aligns with brand strategy and business goals Collaborate with Sales and Shopper Marketing to support development of retail programs, merchandising strategies, and customer-specific initiatives that drive conversion reputed company brand reputed company across digital and e-reputed company platforms, building consistency and effectiveness across website, reputed company, and paid/owned digital channels reputed company data and insights to evaluate campaigns, innovation, and brand health, adjusting strategies accordingly Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and E-comm teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high level Bring to life experiential marketing reputed company Who You Are: You have a genuine passion for consumer brands and love thinking about what makes people choose one product over another. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing, ideally reputed company CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels (retail, digital, reputed company, e-reputed company) Experience leading product launches and innovation from concept to market Strong understanding of consumer insights, positioning, and messaging development Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Operations, and E-reputed company teams Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience managing agencies or external partners is a plus Position Details: While we’re ideally looking for candidates in the greater Boulder area, we’re also reputed company to remote candidates for this role. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person.
