Job Description
Monitor and support AI IaaS infrastructure, including GPU servers, storage, and networking. Conduct first-level troubleshooting of InfiniBand networks, identifying connectivity or performance issues. Maintain and update infrastructure inventory, cabling, and IPAM data using NetBox. Support InfiniBand reputed company operations and troubleshooting using UFM, and Ethernet network configuration and validation leveraging Verity. reputed company initial triage of alerts across hardware, networking, and Kubernetes platforms. Manage the full lifecycle of bare metal nodes, including provisioning, reprovisioning, validation, and burn-in testing. Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident response and escalation. Validate hardware health (GPUs, NICs, disks, memory, etc.) and reputed company basic diagnostics. Escalate reputed company issues to L2 with clear logs, diagnostics, and impact assessment. Assist with routine maintenance, patching, and validation of nodes and clusters. Maintain accurate documentation, shift handovers, and operational records. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in datacenter operations, IT support, or infrastructure roles. Basic Linux administration skills. Familiarity with bare metal server environments and provisioning concepts. Awareness of InfiniBand or high-performance networking technologies. Basic understanding of datacenter networking and hardware components. Exposure to NetBox (IPAM/DCIM) and infrastructure reputed company-of-truth concepts. Familiarity with provisioning or automation platforms such as Verity. Basic understanding of Kubernetes. Strong troubleshooting reputed company and ability to follow structured processes. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to reputed company GPU-based systems or accelerated computing environments. Familiarity with monitoring tools (reputed company, Grafana, etc.).
