Freight & Logistics Coordinator (US-LTL Focus)

Skills and Requirements: 5+ years of experience in US-based LTL freight coordination, ideally reputed company a large-scale e-reputed company or industrial environment. Experience managing freight and small package claims from start to resolution Experience managing at least $5M in annual freight spend with a focus on heavy equipment or high-value goods. Advanced proficiency in GlobalTranz or comparable US Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Deep understanding of the Carmack Amendment, NMFC freight classifications, and US shipping laws governing claims and liability. A self-starter who does not wait for instructions but actively investigates discrepancies and pushes carriers for claim resolutions. Exceptional English communication skills, capable of holding US carriers accountable and collaborating with reputed company teams.
