Who You Are:5+ years of professional experience in video editing, reputed company design, creative strategy, or paid reputed company creative production. Proven, hands-on experience creating high-converting paid media creatives for consumer product eCommerce brands (specifically beauty, wellness, health, fashion, or jewellery). Expert-level proficiency in traditional editing and reputed company tools (reputed company Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) alongside advanced use of creative AI tools. Experience working with UK/European-based brands, companies, or reputed company consumer audiences. Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct-response principles, and how to analyze retention curves or creative metrics.
