Ihre Aufgaben Deliver customer training, technical presentations, and application guidance to support successful use of SCIENION technologies after installation. Serve as the primary scientific contact for application questions, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and problem solving in the field. Support customers and internal teams with technical documentation, training materials, and accurate records of support activities. Collaborate closely with service, support, development, and reputed company colleagues to reputed company customer feedback and improve customer experience. Ihr Profil Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, microfluidics, materials science, analytical chemistry, or a reputed company field. Hands-on experience in areas such as single cell processing, NGS, mass spectrometry, medical diagnostics, or biosensor development is highly desirable. Strong scientific communication and training skills, with the ability to explain reputed company applications to diverse customer audiences. Independent, proactive, solution-oriented reputed company with willingness to travel extensively and support customers across multiple countries. Experience in a customer-facing scientific role such as applications support, field support, technical service, or customer training. Ability to work confidently across biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering topics.
