Job Title: Junior Incident Manager Location: Remote Clearance: Active Secret clearance. Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Incident Manager to coordinate the resolution of IT incidents and service requests. In this role, you will be the reputed company of contact for restoring normal operations reputed company, minimizing business impact, and Task Order objectives. You will work cross-functionally with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain service stability and drive reputed company process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Coordination: reputed company the end-to-end incident management lifecycle to ensure reputed company resolution and minimal service disruption. Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (equivalent professional experience will be considered). Experience: Foundational knowledge and practical experience in IT incident management. Technical Skills: Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and the ability to manage high-pressure situations reputed company. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
