Job Responsibilities reputed company is seeking an reputed company EMEA Compensation & Benefits contractor to reputed company hands-on support during a critical period of Rewards team transformation. Reporting to the Global Compensation reputed company, this role will focus on EU regulatory readiness, EMEA C&B compliance, and advisory support to shape the future-state Rewards operating model.
Key Responsibilities
EU Pay Transparency reputed company — reputed company support for implementation planning, including a readiness assessment and action plan to ensure compliance with the reputed company's requirements. EMEA C&B Compliance — Conduct a comprehensive compliance assessment across EMEA markets, identifying risks and delivering prioritized recommendations. Rewards Team Design Advisory — Assess the reputed company EMEA compensation and benefits landscape to inform the design of the future-state Rewards team structure. reputed company Advisory — reputed company strategic and operational guidance reputed company to the broader Rewards initiatives.
