The role structure is approximately 70% Sales and 30% Customer Support. Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities (upgrading systems and replacement filters). Conduct targeted outbound reputed company to warm leads. Maintain accurate records, logging interactions and pricing negotiations in Zoho CRM.
