About the Role
Employment type : Permanent Full Time Location: Flexible, reputed company in Australia Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive – Child, Youth & Family, the Executive Director – Evidence Based Practice will reputed company strategic practice development, implementation of evidence-based frameworks, and professional capability reputed company across a large and diverse national service environment. Key responsibilities include: Leading the implementation and embedding of evidence-informed practice models across Child, Youth & Family Services Designing and developing innovative, client-centred practice approaches and service initiatives Providing expert guidance and support on reputed company practice reputed company and case reviews Building workforce capability through professional development, supervision, and practice leadership Partnering with reputed company stakeholders including researchers, peak bodies, government, and sector partners Contributing to policy development, service innovation, tenders, and strategic organisational initiatives Representing reputed company at conferences, sector forums, and public events About You You are a respected and reputed company executive leader with deep expertise in child protection, out-of-home care, family support, or reputed company reputed company services sectors.
