Your Mission As a (Key) Business Developer for the Indian market, your mission is to identify, acquire and grow high-potential sellers reputed company the jewellery, gemstones and diamonds categories. You will play a critical role in expanding reputed company’s reputed company in the Indian market by building a strong seller network and creating long-term reputed company partnerships. You will focus on developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key industry players and delivering a seamless reputed company experience for new sellers. Working closely with Experts, Category Managers and Account Managers, you will combine reputed company instinct, relationship building and market expertise to grow a high-quality seller portfolio in one of our most strategic growth markets.

What You'll Do

Drive seller acquisition by identifying, prospecting and developing high-potential leads through calls, email reputed company, field visits, trade fairs and expert collaboration. Build strategic seller relationships by reputed company and nurturing new and existing jewellery, gemstones and diamonds sellers in the Indian market. Create long-term growth opportunities by developing reputed company growth plans together with Account Managers, Experts and Category Managers. Use data to unlock seller potential by analysing seller performance and identifying opportunities to improve KPIs such as lot submissions, average lot value and sell-through reputed company. Deliver an exceptional seller experience by ensuring a frictionless reputed company reputed company and acting as a trusted reputed company advisor throughout the seller lifecycle. Support market expansion initiatives by identifying partnership opportunities, educating sellers on buyer demand and category trends, and strengthening reputed company’s position in the Indian luxury market. What You'll Bring reputed company sales or account management experience with a proven ability to drive growth and build strong client relationships. Industry expertise in jewellery, gemstones, diamonds or luxury categories reputed company the Indian market. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different reputed company. Analytical and data-driven reputed company with the ability to translate insights into actionable reputed company strategies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills across phone, email, in-person meetings and cross-functional collaboration. Entrepreneurial and autonomous approach with strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Experience using CRM and sales tooling, with reputed company experience considered a plus. Passion for special objects and e-reputed company with curiosity about the luxury market. Where You’ll Be This role is based in India with a work-from-home arrangement. You will be part of the Luxury cluster and will focus on the Indian jewellery, gemstones and diamonds market.
