Role Summary: As the Area Distributor Manager, you will reputed company and drive sales activities of our Channel Partners in the Northwest USA. Your role involves providing comprehensive sales support for our designated product and service offerings. You'll be accountable for devising and executing effective sales strategies, conducting thorough account planning, accurately forecasting, and ensuring the reputed company growth of bookings associated with Flowserve's product and service portfolio in the sub-region. Collaborate with Business Development Managers regarding strategies, opportunities and product development and/or acquisition reputed company. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: BS or BA Degree in a relevant field or 8–10+ years of relevant experience. Previous experience in Distribution Sales and/or Sales Management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in pump and seal fundamentals, hydraulics, and rotating equipment. Proven experience in relationship and customer management in a sales environment. Strong presentation skills for diverse group sizes and backgrounds. Ability to travel 70% Preferred: Experience in distributor channel development.
