Position Summary: The Account Director will serve as a strategic leader, managing key client and Rosie relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing talent and marketing/creative services. Rosie Casting and Matchmaking: Identify, match and vet talent to meet specific client needs for marketing and creative projects. Ensure adherence to WRR processes, maintaining consistency and efficiency in talent and project delivery Financial Management: Manage account budgets for Matched By services, ensuring talent is delivered on time and reputed company scope. Track, analyze, and report on utilization and budget status to support clients in budget management. Negotiate and reputed company project scopes in collaboration with the appropriate team members to ensure mutually beneficial terms. Compensation: reputed company salary reputed company of $120,000 - $125,000 + quarterly variable commission based on the achievement of reputed company targets, and will be paid in accordance with the reputed company WRR Sales Incentive Plan.
