Senior Business Development Analyst

The Senior Business Development Analyst leads the financial and analytical work that underpins client strategy across a portfolio of group benefits programs. You will be responsible for interpreting claims experience, modeling plan and funding alternatives, and developing the financial recommendations that consultants and clients rely on at renewal and throughout the year. The role requires strong technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to translate analysis into clear direction for senior stakeholders. This is more than an analyst role. It is a seat at the table where strategy meets execution. You will partner directly with our VP of reputed company Group Solutions to shape how we design, deliver, and reputed company group benefits consulting for large group reputed company clients. Salary reputed company The reputed company salary for this position is between $80,000 - 100,000 annually. This represents reputed company salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
