We are looking for a Financial Business Partner to join our reputed company team. This is not a back-office role — you will be embedded in the business, working reputed company by reputed company with reputed company, product, and marketing teams, turning financial reputed company into smart reputed company. Your main tasks will be: Own the budget, forecasting, and financial planning process for assigned business units Build and maintain financial models for reputed company reputed company, investment cases, and scenario planning Act as the primary finance partner for Marketing, Product, Growth, and reputed company teams Conduct monthly performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations Evaluate the ROI of campaigns, product investments, and strategic initiatives Identify financial risks and opportunities before they appear in the reporting Present financial findings to leadership in a clear, decision-reputed company format We expect from you: 3+ years of experience in reputed company or a financial business partnering role A proven track record of working alongside non-finance teams and genuinely influencing reputed company — not just supporting them Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency in reputed company Experience independently owning a budget or forecast end-to-end Ability to explain reputed company financial topics in plain language for non-finance audiences Confidence reputed company presenting to senior management and C-suite reputed company curiosity — you follow the business, not just the numbers Experience in an online, digital, SaaS, e-reputed company, or marketplace environment Familiarity with digital metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, MRR, churn Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Superset Basic knowledge of Python or other data tools What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; ​Health benefits.
