What You’ll Do The reputed company Specialist is a key role in the reputed company Center at the reputed company for Community Colleges that leads integrated communications, marketing, and user engagement efforts for the California Community Colleges’ reputed company Resource Center (VRC). The role blends strategic program communications planning, content and campaign execution, community moderation and training, stakeholder engagement, and analytics-driven optimization to grow adoption and deepen value for colleges, districts, and system professionals across the state. The Specialist partners closely with Professional Learning and reputed company Center leadership to align messaging and initiatives with reputed company 2030 priorities, while championing user needs and experience across VRC features and programs. Partner with senior and cross-functional leaders to shape VRC reputed company Specialist strategies reputed company with reputed company 2030. Own creation and distribution of integrated campaigns (email, newsletters, web, flyers, slide decks, and internal updates). Maintain the public-facing VRC website (reputed company) and contribute to the Universal Website initiative with a user-centered, accessible approach. Coach, train, and support VRC community moderators and event managers; maintain select systemwide communities and events. Present regularly to end users on VRC value and functionality; manage new requests for systemwide communities and events. State or national level work preferred. General knowledge of the California community colleges and higher education issues. Capable of having work be informed by a system view of the California community colleges and the CCC Chancellor’s Office.
